We took this home down to the studs and completely remodeled every area to give it a modernized, up to date look.  Livable luxury was their top priority, balancing  a  casual, yet sophisticated feel in a modern space.  We completed the design with all new furnishings, art and accessories.  

 

Reconfiguring the kitchen layout was a focus to create a functional work area with a grand appeal. The new two-story fireplace was centered in the room to create symmetry and balance.  The dark, split-face tile creates a powerful focal point and is the perfect surround for the modern, linear fireplace.

 

 In the owner’s retreat, attractive and intricate tiles create a spa-like oasis. The serene space is compete with mosaic tile inlays, dynamic herringbone shower tile and subdued veining in the quartz countertops.
